At this time, we are only renting to people we know or people who are referred to us.
Arrival time is 3:00 p.m. Departure time is 11:00 a.m. Earlier arrivals and later departures may be available dependent on scheduling at no additional cost.
Guests must clean the house prior to their departure.
Rates include 14.20% lodging tax and a $25 per night charge to offset the Town of Estes Park affordable housing impact fee assessed on houses with a rental license.
Please, no smoking in the house or on the deck.
No pets without prior approval.

Maximum number of occupants is 8 individuals.
Maximum number of vehicles allowed is 4 (driveway really only accommodates 3).
